Meet Your Teacher
Carol
I’m Carol Findlay, a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and marathon-training mum from Scotland who lives with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I know the fear of pain, the frustration of stiffness, and the shock of feeling disconnected from your own body. Through short, safe, consistent practice I rebuilt strength, restored mobility, and found joy again—and now I help women 50+ do the same with simple, doable steps that respect your joints and your life.
